Objective of SAIC
To reduce unemployment and poverty through technical and vocational education (TVET), skills training, and income-generating activities, particularly for disadvantaged groups.
To empower youths by offering life skills, technical training, and job readiness programs that enhance their employability and economic participation.
To advance gender equality by implementing programs focused on women’s leadership, entrepreneurship, and participation in decision-making processes.
To provide accessible healthcare, sanitation, and clean water services in rural and underserved communities, improving the overall health and well-being of vulnerable populations.
To engage communities in climate resilience initiatives, including tree plantation, environmental awareness campaigns, and sustainable development practices that mitigate the effects of climate change.
To create a safe and supportive environment for children by addressing issues such as child labor, abuse, and exploitation, ensuring their right to education and healthy development.
To collaborate with local governments, NGOs, and community leaders in order to implement and scale up social development programs that address key challenges in rural and hard-to-reach areas across Bangladesh.
